How does the tracky wristband work?
The tracky bracelet contains a unique QR/NFC code which is stored in our secure database. You can link this bracelet to a person. We only ask for the name and age.
Can I add multiple contacts?
Yes you can! Via Account, my contacts, add contact.
Are my child's details safe?
Yes, our database is specifically designed to find your child and nothing else.
How can I link the wristband?
Scan the QR code of the bracelet with the camera function on your phone or enter the unique code, which is located on the bracelet, via the homepage. Then you can log in or create an account. Here you have to fill in a number of details. After filling in the data, the bracelet is linked!
I found a person with a Personlost wristband. Now what?
Good! Scan the QR code of the bracelet with the camera function on your phone or fill in the unique code, which is located on the bracelet, via the homepage. Fill in your email address and confirm your email address. Now you can send a message to the caretaker/parent.
What should I do if my child is lost?
Through your account you can report the child as missing. Keep an eye on your phone for possible reports.
